WHAT DOES YOUR ROLE AS A NURSING ASSISTANT INVOLVE?
Your work tasks include personal care, daily activities, medication management, and various areas of responsibility. You work actively with assigned care contacts, implementation plans, and social documentation where good relationships and a salutogenic approach are in focus. You will visit our service users by service bicycle or service vehicle.

WHOM ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You who are applying are/have:
trained as a nursing assistant
experience in social care, health and medical services for the elderly, and experience working with people with dementia diagnoses
good data management and documentation skills
strong ability to express yourself in Swedish both verbally and in writing
It is advantageous if you are/have:
a B-category driver's license
experience receiving delegated tasks from licensed personnel
documented experience working with contact person responsibilities and individual implementation plans
You have a genuine interest in people and care. As a person, you are curious and open to learning more. You have the ability to read people, adapt your behavior, and act professionally in every situation. Creating positive interactions for both service users and their families comes naturally to you.

Employment type: Permanent position; probationary employment may be applied
Scope: Full-time, we work daytime, evening shifts, and every other weekend
