Welcome on our journey toward Nearby Care! Job Duties Welcome to a cheerful team in Home Care Services in Nykvarn. We are now seeking nursing assistants for our home care operations for permanent employment. We are looking for you who want to work day and evening shifts at 90% of full-time with work every other weekend, or you who want to work in the evening patrol at 80-90% of full-time with work hours until 23:00 on weekdays and every other weekend. The core task as a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care with the user's needs at the center. Our services are provided based on care decisions and implementation plans. The role also includes providing personal care and support in the customer's home, performing household-related services such as cleaning and laundry, meal support, accompaniment, etc. You collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals and document according to routine. Our work group consists of approximately 27 permanent employees. We also have a night team where you only work nights and an evening patrol where you only work evenings. Qualifications Requirements: We are looking for you who: are a nursing assistant with a protected professional title have a driver's license and can cycle speak and write Swedish have experience working in home care We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and good references.
