Welcome on our journey toward Close Care! Work Tasks Welcome to a cheerful team in Home Care Services in Nykvarn. We are now seeking nursing assistants for our home care operations for permanent employment. We are looking for you who want to work day and evening shifts at 90% of full-time with work every other weekend, or you who want to work in the evening patrol at 80-90% of full-time with working hours until 11 PM on weekdays and every other weekend. The core task as a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care with the user's needs at the center. Our services are provided based on support decisions and implementation plans. The task also includes providing personal care and support in the customer's home, performing household-related services such as cleaning and laundry, mealtime support, accompanying, etc. You collaborate with colleagues and other professional groups in care and document according to routine. Work in home care is carried out during days, evenings, and weekends. We provide our customers with a functioning everyday life and we make a difference in people's lives every day. Our work group consists of approximately 27 permanent employees. We also have a night group that only works at night and an evening patrol that only works in the evening. Other staff work during day and evening hours. All staff work every other weekend. We document in Life Care and use Phonirocare. Qualifications Requirements: We are looking for you who: are a nursing assistant with protected professional title have a driver's license and can ride a bike are fluent in Swedish in speech and writing have experience working in home care We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and good references. We need you to be confident, stress-resilient, and personally mature. You are also service-oriented and attentive to the customer's needs. You value and respect differences. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy sharing your own knowledge and experiences, and are open to learning from others. You have empathy when meeting other people and a genuine interest in working in the profession. You must be flexible as the work requires it.
