Welcome on our journey toward Close Care! Duties Welcome to a cheerful team in Home Care in Nykvarn. We are now seeking nursing assistants for our home care operations for permanent employment. We're looking for you who want to work day and evening shifts at 90% of full-time with work every other weekend, or you who want to work in the evening patrol at 80-90% of full-time with working hours until 11 p.m. on weekdays and every other weekend. The core duty as a nursing assistant is to provide good individual care with the client's needs at the center. Our services are provided based on assistance decisions and implementation plans. The assignment also includes providing personal care and support in the client's home, performing household-related services such as cleaning and laundry, support with meals, companionship, etc. You collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals and document according to routine. Work in home care is conducted during days, evenings, and weekends. We give our customers a functioning everyday life and we make a difference in people's lives every day. Our work group consists of approximately 27 permanent employees. We also have a night group where you only work nights and an evening patrol where you only work evenings. Other staff work during day and evening hours. All staff work every other weekend. We document in Life Care and use Phonirocare. Qualifications Requirements: We're looking for you who: - are a nursing assistant with protected professional title - have a driver's license and can cycle - master Swedish in speech and writing - have experience working in home care We place great importance on your personal qualities and good references. We need someone who is confident, stress-resilient, and has personal maturity. You are also service-oriented and responsive to clients' needs. You value and respect differences. You have good collaboration skills and are happy to share your own knowledge and experience, and are open to learning from others. You have empathy in meetings with other people and a genuine interest in working in the profession. You should be flexible as the work requires it.
