The Health and Care Administration takes a user-oriented approach – we all work together to provide quality care and services to our users every day. Within the Health and Care Administration, around 400 dedicated and engaged employees work in home care, care facilities, support services, health and medical care, social psychiatry, and administrative functions. Description
Do you want to work in a role where you truly make a difference every day? We are now seeking competent and engaged nursing assistants for home care services, where you will become an important part of our users' daily lives. Within the Health and Care Administration, we work to create security, continuity, and good quality of life for those we serve. With us, you will have independent and varied work with the user in focus, where your approach and competence make a real difference.
Duties
As a nursing assistant with us, you will work both independently and together with colleagues. You will support our users in achieving a functioning and secure daily life, and assist with personal care, hygiene, medication management, meals, social activities, and other services.
We work based on each individual's needs and circumstances, and we place great emphasis on recognizing and strengthening the person's own resources. You will also have an important role as a personal care contact.
Work follows a schedule with day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Qualifications
We are seeking someone with nursing assistant training.
You are a trustworthy, engaged, and conscientious person who enjoys working closely with people. You work well in collaboration, build good relationships, and treat users, family members, and colleagues with respect and professionalism.
Experience from similar work is a merit.
Since communication and documentation are important parts of the work, you must have good computer skills and be able to express yourself well in Swedish both verbally and in writing.
A valid driver's license (Category B) is required.
