We are now seeking two nursing assistants for home care services. We work closely together – with high competence, commitment, and a common goal: to create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our care recipients. Would you like to join the journey? 2 position(s). JOB DUTIES Right now we are seeking nursing assistants who can alternate between our home care teams. Our care recipients live both in the center and outside in the countryside, so you must have a Class B driver's license. As a nursing assistant in home care, you will work from a salutogenic approach. Varying work tasks adapted to each individual's needs, to enable the individual to remain living at home. You will work together with both colleagues, management, and nurses to provide quality care and support. You will also conduct documentation in accordance with applicable legislation. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant. We would like you to have previous experience in care work within elderly care, and it is an asset if you have previously worked in home care services. As a person, you should be independent and responsible with a positive attitude, and you should have the ability to collaborate. It is important that you are flexible as the assignment involves alternating between different care recipients and teams. You know from experience, or are curious about, what it is like to work in a small organization and what advantages and challenges it can entail. You are solution-focused and want to be part of developing our activities. Class B driver's license is a requirement. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent employment.
