Your Role We are now seeking nursing assistants who want to help our customers stay in their homes with security, continuity and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality and a professional approach. The role includes performing care and service services in the customer's home as well as taking responsibility for contact person work, which means you create continuity and follow up on the customer's needs. You may also participate in care planning. Social documentation is a central part of the work and we have high demands on accuracy, structure and compliance with applicable regulations. We are also seeking staff for extra work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates all days of the year. As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable our customers to stay in their home with security, dignity and quality. Your work should be characterized by care, professionalism and presence. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant and have a professional attitude towards the profession and meeting the customer. For this position we require: • Protected professional title as a nursing assistant issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare • Manual B driver's license and driving experience, good cycling experience and willingness to use a bicycle and walk while on duty • Good ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful and empathetic manner • Ability to work independently, take responsibility and see the whole picture of the assignment • Stability and stress tolerance, with the ability to handle varying work days • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Basic knowledge of cooking and household management Experience from home care or similar activities is desirable but not required.
