Your Role We are seeking nursing assistants who want to help our customers remain in their homes with security, continuity, and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach. The role includes providing care and service in the customer's home and taking responsibility for primary contact, which means you create continuity and follow up on the customer's needs. You may also participate in care planning. Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we have high standards for accuracy, structure, and compliance with applicable regulations. We are also seeking staff for extra work as needed. Hemstyrkan operates every day of the year. As a nursing assistant with us, you work to enable our customers to remain in their homes with security, dignity, and quality. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant with a professional approach to the profession and to meeting customers. The position requires: • Protected professional title as a nursing assistant issued by the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) • Manual category B driver's license and driving experience, good cycling experience, and willingness to use a bicycle and walk while working • Ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see the whole picture in your assignments • Stability and stress tolerance, with the ability to handle varying work days • Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written • Basic knowledge of cooking and household management Experience from home care or similar activities is beneficial but not required.
