About Granåsgården:
Granåsgården's special residential facility is located in Bengtsfors, within walking distance of the city center. Here, 59 elderly people and individuals with various care and support needs reside. We who work here are care and support personnel with extensive experience in elderly care and healthcare. The facility is staffed around the clock.
Your assignment with us:
At Granåsgården, we work with the user in focus! Here, we work based on the individual needs of our users—for example, assistance with dressing/undressing, personal hygiene, or support during meals. We work in a team consisting of care staff, physical therapist, occupational therapist, nurse, and unit manager, all with a focus on the user. Individual time and social activities are a prioritized area where the contact person's role is significant. After completing training and passing an examination, you are expected to perform delegated healthcare tasks. You also have documentation responsibility for the residents at Granåsgården.

In your role as a nursing assistant, you will take independent responsibility and work based on the needs and wishes of our users. You are confident, flexible, and have a professional and respectful demeanor. You enjoy working with people, are attentive, empathetic, and contribute to good cooperation within the work team. You also contribute to a positive and developmental work environment and have a willingness to collaborate to achieve the best overall solution for our users.
Requirements:
You are a trained nursing assistant. Experience from similar work is a merit.
You have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You are accustomed to documenting and working with digital tools. Experience with the LifeCare documentation system is a merit.
