Forsagården is a special residential facility located in the scenic Sörforsa area, approximately 8 kilometers outside Hudiksvall. Forsagården consists of four departments with a total of 29 apartments, and together we have 27 staff members working in daily care. The facility also employs a unit manager, nurse, administrator, and scheduling coordinator. The apartments are equipped with their own kitchenette and bathroom. Common areas are available adjacent to the apartments, where residents can socialize, participate in activities, or watch television. At Forsagården, collaboration is an important guiding principle for us. As a nursing assistant, you will be assigned to one of our departments where you will also have your main area of responsibility. We value flexibility and would welcome the ability for you to work across the entire Forsagården when needed. Duties Provide person-centered care and services of good quality. Participate in establishing and following up on implementation plans in close collaboration with residents. Carry out cleaning and laundry tasks. Document according to SoL in the Treserva system. Handle deviations in the Treserva and Stella systems. Motivate and encourage residents based on their needs and wishes. Contribute to the development of operations and your own work methods. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant with experience in care and support work. You have good knowledge of Swedish and can express yourself fluently in both speech and writing. As a person, you have a good ability to meet people with different backgrounds, needs, and circumstances. You can read and understand people with reduced cognition and have experience working with BPSD-related issues. You need to be able to read and understand documentation and prescriptions, and document according to both SoL and HSL. You work well collaboratively, are attentive and empathetic. You listen, communicate, and handle conflicts constructively. You take responsibility for your work team's development and actively contribute to a good work environment. You are flexible and have the ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances. Furthermore, you are secure, stable, and have good self-awareness. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
