JOB DUTIES You will work in a team around the residents together with other nursing assistants, care aides, and nurses. At the workplace, individual scheduling is applied through Multiaccess, which gives you the opportunity to influence your schedule. Care and service tasks such as cleaning and documentation. Simpler health and medical care tasks on delegation. QUALIFICATIONS • Nursing assistant certification or equivalent. • Experience from similar work is an asset. • Great importance is placed on personal suitability; as a person you are self-driven and responsible with high work ethic. • Your personality is characterized by an outgoing manner and positive approach toward those around you. • Flexibility is a quality we value in you. • A requirement is also that you can complete a knowledge test for medication and insulin delegation. Before employment, an extract from the police's criminal record and suspicion register must be presented according to law 2026:43 on background checks for work in the home of elderly persons or adults with disabilities.
