At Attendo, we are now seeking several dedicated nursing assistants for Attendo Roden in Norrtälje, which opens in January 2027. It will be a brand new and modern senior living facility with 60 apartments, of which 40 places are for people with dementia and 20 somatic places.

In your role as a nursing assistant, you work person-centered and support the residents in their daily lives by creating security, participation, and meaningful days. About the Role
As a nursing assistant with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and social atmosphere during meals is a large part of your role, as well as being able to contribute with various activities that enrich the everyday life of our elderly residents.
Your work tasks include, among other things:
Personal care according to the facility's routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes
When needed, help with preparing, cooking, and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc.
Perform documentation and work based on decided measures
Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as guardians, family members, residents, nurses, and rehabilitation staff.

You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs, and are engaged with their loved ones. You also have good digital skills and feel comfortable working in digital systems, and you see digital work methods as a natural support in daily work.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Nursing assistant education of at least 1350 credits.
Professional certificate from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare or certificate from current/previous employer regarding permanent employment as a nursing assistant.
Good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written)
Good computer skills/computer experience
Meritorious:
Experience from care work in elderly care
Experience with delegation.
