JOB RESPONSIBILITIES The work involves performing standard care tasks based on implementation plans, carrying out health and medical care duties following delegation, and documentation. We work according to Lindesberg Municipality's core values, which means that work is shaped around the individual's needs and wishes. The work also involves supporting and motivating the individual to achieve independence and participation in their daily life as well as maintaining an active and meaningful existence. Documentation, participation in workplace meetings, and collaboration with family members, nurses, and occupational therapists are part of the assignment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who: • are a trained nursing assistant. • are confident in your professional role. • are engaged, helpful, and accommodating. • have a B-category driver's license. • speak Swedish at a level that allows you to communicate with individuals, family members, and other staff, and to document as required by the service. • are flexible and have an easy time collaborating with others, you have good interpersonal skills, and you are not afraid to take your own initiative.
