Nursing Assistants and Care Aides for Growing Home Care Service in Norrköping

We are growing rapidly and are now seeking several new colleagues for our home care service in Norrköping! Omsorgsgruppen's home care is in an expansive phase with more and more customers and a larger service area. We therefore need to strengthen our team with several new employees starting as soon as possible. We are primarily looking for trained nursing assistants, but also you who have experience in health and care and want to work as a care aide. There are good opportunities for high employment levels and we have several full-time positions. About the Job As an employee in our home care service, you help our customers maintain a safe and functioning everyday life in their own home. You work from our office on Svärmaregatan and travel to our customers by bike or car, depending on the area and schedule. Work tasks vary based on customer needs and may include: Personal care Medication management after delegation Showers and hygiene Meals and simple meal preparation Cleaning and other service activities Walks and social support We work day and evening shifts between 7:00 AM–10:00 PM, both weekdays and weekends. Who Are We Looking For? We are looking for someone who is confident, responsible, and enjoys working with people. You need to be able to work independently, take responsibility, and at the same time be a good colleague. We are primarily looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant, but you are also welcome to apply as a care aide. Experience from home care or other health and care work is a merit. Since we use both bikes and cars in our operations, you need to be able to cycle. A B driving license is a merit.
