WORK TASKS We are now starting a brand new team in Nyköping Municipality's home care, the Resource Staffing Team. For our new team, we need to recruit 6 nursing assistants with driver's licenses. As a nursing assistant on our team, you will support service users in their daily lives with personal hygiene, meals, medication management, walks, social activities, household chores, and more. The team will be responsible for performing these tasks across all of the municipality's home care groups when regular staff are absent. During a work shift, you may therefore work in one or several groups. The work requires a pedagogical, motivating, and health-promoting approach, as well as great respect for the individual's self-determination and integrity. As a nursing assistant on the Resource Staffing Team, you need to be flexible and compliant with implementation plans and medical orders. You must have strong abilities in reading and writing documentation according to the Social Services Act and Health and Medical Services Act in our management systems. Work hours are scheduled between 07:00 and 22:00 and alternate weekends QUALIFICATIONS For this position, you must: • Be a trained nursing assistant • Have a driver's license (automatic/manual) • Be able to cycle • Have good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written • Be empathetic and confident, with the ability to build trust and establish relationships • Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Be flexible and enjoy varied work tasks It is advantageous if you: • Have at least two years of experience working as a nursing assistant • Have training as a specialist nursing assistant As part of the recruitment process, candidates who advance will take digital language tests.
