A nursing assistant at Norlandia is a valuable key person and we are looking for you who is skilled in your professional role and who enjoy meeting people in different situations. Together in the team with nurses, rehabilitation staff and management, we collaborate around the resident to provide a good life every day. We are looking for you with a genuine interest in elderly people where your main tasks are to design safe and secure personal care. You support the residents in their lives and create conditions for a safe and meaningful everyday life. As a nursing assistant you are responsible for providing residents with high-quality care in accordance with what has been agreed with residents in the care plan. This includes among other things: Work as a contact person based on Norlandia's concept My Day. Personal care and support for residents' own resources. Work based on Norlandia's concept Tasty Meal so that our residents appreciate the food and the meal experience adds a touch of gold to everyday life. Documentation according to the Social Services Act; keeping social records and preparing and following up care plans. Plan, offer and carry out daily activities, outdoor time, entertainment, crafts, cultural activities, etc. both individual and group activities. Perform service tasks such as apartment cleaning, laundry, escorting and shopping. Receive and carry out delegated tasks such as medication delegation. Take responsibility in ombudsman roles. Actively participate in the facility's quality and improvement work. About Fyllinge Elderly Home Fyllinge has 54 modern apartments distributed over six departments, two departments with a focus on dementia and 4 departments with a somatic focus. Each department has a kitchen, dining room, living room and balcony or patio for socializing, meals and activities. You need to have evidence of the right to use the professional title nursing assistant from the National Board of Health and Welfare. It is meritable if you have specialist training in dementia. You need to master the Swedish language very well in both speech and writing. Computer skills and understanding of the importance of good documentation knowledge is a requirement.
