Falu Demens Omsorg is now seeking 2 nursing assistants for full-time (100%) day shifts, Monday through Friday. You should have a strong interest in dementia care and need to understand what it means to live with a dementia disease. We are looking for someone with great patience and the willingness to go the extra mile for your clients. We often face challenging situations in daily work, which is why we see that you as a person are calm yet action-oriented. We care about the environment and have therefore chosen to use electric bikes as our primary means of transportation. We also have manual cars available. We offer varied work with fantastic colleagues and clients—no two days are the same, and that's what makes working with us so rewarding! Working in healthcare is incredibly fulfilling and an experience for life. We operate from our wonderfully cozy facilities in the regimental area. Your work tasks are highly varied, ranging from helping with shopping, cleaning and laundry, personal care assistance, accompanying clients to doctor's appointments, to preparing meals in their own homes. The people we visit have some form of cognitive difficulty. You need to be independent, driven, responsible, speak good Swedish, and have your heart in the right place.
