Qualifications To succeed in the role of nursing assistant, we see that you have: Completed upper secondary education as a nursing assistant. It is also meritorious if you as a nursing assistant have: Further education regarding behavioral and psychological symptoms in dementia (BPSD). Class B driver's license. As a person, you are flexible, communicative, self-directed, and interested in learning new things. You have good collaboration skills and are proactive. Your personal qualities and competencies become part of what creates the whole in our team, and we place great weight on both in the matching. Work Tasks The work tasks as a nursing assistant include: Performing medical care and rehabilitation measures on delegation from licensed personnel. The work is governed by the Social Services Act (SOL) and the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL), which means you document, create implementation plans, write incident reports, etc. Work according to the National values and care and welfare dignity guarantees. Contribute to giving our clients a meaningful daily life, ensuring they receive care of good quality so they feel secure. Work independently and professionally in care. You plan and organize work in consultation with the unit manager and colleagues. You contribute to good communication and close collaboration with our users, their relatives, colleagues, other professionals, and management.
