Job Responsibilities
You have a central role in the care and support around our care recipients. The work is based on individual needs, implementation plans, and the activities' guidelines and goals. Your tasks include helping care recipients with what they cannot manage themselves, such as hygiene, medication, social interaction, and meals. The nursing assistant's responsibilities also include administering medication, etc., under delegation from a nurse.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant, preferably with experience working with elderly people, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent. You should have good skills in communicating and in writing and reading the Swedish language. We see that you are flexible, take responsibility and initiative in your work, and have good collaboration skills. Documentation is a natural part of the work and is carried out in our journal system to ensure good and safe care as well as continuity in services. Since you work with people, good interpersonal skills, empathy, and a service-oriented approach are also important. Great emphasis is placed on personal competence.
More About the Position
The position is a permanent full-time employment with day, evening, and weekend shifts, preferably in the dementia unit.
We coordinate planning across the entire facility.
Start date by agreement.
