WORK DUTIES Your work as a nursing assistant/care aide at Norrmalm home support will involve planning, performing and documenting care and support based on each individual user's conditions, needs and wishes. Your responsibilities are to meet users' individual needs for care, support and activities to promote well-being as much as possible. We work according to the Social Services Act, and you will perform tasks according to the Health and Medical Services Act after delegation from a nurse. The work includes documentation according to applicable legislation. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who has upper secondary care education or other education that the employer considers equivalent. We value that you have experience in elderly care. B-class driving license is an asset. Health and medical care tasks occur in the work. It is an asset if you have knowledge of minority languages, such as Sami, Meänkieli or Finnish.
