Your Work Tasks Welcome to a workplace where each day involves meaningful encounters and where you, together with your colleagues, are an important part of creating a meaningful everyday life for our elderly residents. We are now looking for a new colleague to Möjetorp Care Home. In your role as a nursing assistant, you will meet the individual's needs and create a pleasant living environment. Together with your colleagues, you will perform nursing tasks such as assistance with mobility, personal hygiene, and medical interventions. We strive to create opportunities for social interaction and engage in various activities such as singing, cooking, gardening, and much more. We work based on Individual Needs at the Center (IBIC) and have a salutogenic approach, which means we focus on what is healthy and support each individual's own abilities. As part of our work team, you will not only perform nursing tasks, but you will also have the opportunity to develop in your role. You will be assigned as a contact person for a number of individuals, where you participate in welcome meetings and together with the individual plan support measures. You are responsible for implementation plans and documentation in the Treserva system. Furthermore, close contact with relatives and other collaborative partners is included. We see your role as more than a job – it is an opportunity for personal development. Your Workplace Möjetorp Care Home is located in the nature-close Hjulsbro. We have three units with a total of 21 places. Syrenen and Blåklinten with a focus on somatic care, and Liljan which focuses on dementia care. You will be part of a work team with 25 nursing assistants. At the home, we arrange various activities for users and you as an employee participate in the planning. At Möjetorp Care Home, we work a lot with operational development where you as an employee play an important role. We work with ombudsman roles, where in your position you work to drive development at the home forward. We use well-developed welfare technology in our work and digital systems such as BEATA and Welfare. At Möjetorp Care Home, we constantly see the opportunity to improve! Your working hours are scheduled for day, evening, and every other weekend. You Who Are Applying We are looking for you with completed upper secondary education and it is meritorious if you have completed education from a care and services program. Experience in nursing care is a requirement, and it is meritorious if you have experience working with people with cognitive illness. We appreciate if you have knowledge of salutogenic approach, low-affective communication, and the IBIC method. Because communication is crucial in elderly care, we expect you to communicate well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. Digital competence is also important, and experience documenting in journal systems is seen as meritorious. As a person, you are self-driving, responsible, and have the ability to drive your work forward. You enjoy collaborating with others, are clear in your communication, and possess an empathetic ability that allows you to understand others' perspectives and situations.
