Activity Description Home Care consists of seven units: North, South, Nearby, East, Support Unit, Night Unit, and Resource Unit. All units, except rural units, are co-located on Upplagsvägen together with home healthcare nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. Through individually assessed interventions, we strengthen the individual's ability to manage daily life and enable them to remain in their home in a safe and familiar environment. Job Responsibilities As a nursing assistant in Home Care Nearby, you will provide services and personal care in the client's home. We work based on safety and quality with the goal of satisfied clients. The work includes planning, implementation, follow-up, and documentation of interventions according to the activity's quality objectives. You collaborate closely with colleagues and other professionals to ensure the best possible care. The role also includes ombudsman responsibilities within the team. Computer and mobile phone are used as work tools, so you should have good digital skills and strong knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written. The activity uses, among others, Pulsen Combine, TES, Skyresponse, DF respons. Qualifications We are looking for someone with nursing assistant training or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You should have good collaboration skills, be positive, flexible, and provide good treatment to both clients, their relatives, and your colleagues. You should be able to express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish and have good digital skills. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
