Your New Job Work in home care involves performing care and support work as well as service activities in the customer's home based on an implementation plan. If you are a trained nursing assistant, you will also become a permanent care contact. In your role, social documentation and communication with citizens, colleagues, and family members are central to the work. Your Qualifications Primarily, we are looking for you to be a trained nursing assistant. Extensive work experience in elderly care may replace the education requirement. For this position, it is advantageous if you have previously worked in elderly care, specifically in home care services. You must be fluent in Swedish in speech, writing, and reading comprehension, as a central part of the work is communicating with citizens and family members, as well as writing documentation and reading information related to the work. The work requires physical mobility as situations arise that cannot be anticipated and must be addressed in a manner appropriate to the situation. Good cycling skills and a B driving license are desirable and required in certain teams. You have a genuine interest in working with people and approach our customers with a service-oriented mindset. You remain calm in stressful situations and see opportunities in change. Furthermore, you have the ability to collaborate with colleagues and discuss and work toward solutions in a constructive manner. The work requires you to be flexible and organized in your work. With a focus on providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their homes. Good to Know We work with coordinated recruitment, which means we will match your application against needs in the area. We have needs in the following teams: Hovslätt hemtjänst, Vätterängens hemtjänst, Liljeholmens hemtjänst, Bankeryds Öst hemtjänst, Västers hemtjänst, Dunkehallas hemtjänst, Lekeryds hemtjänst, and Huskvarna centrums hemtjänst. The recruitment concerns permanent positions on a full-time basis and hourly temporary work. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts, weekdays and every other weekend, with a varying schedule.
