JOB DUTIES Work in our operations involves to a large extent helping and supporting other people in various ways. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is responsible, has a good ability to build strong relationships, and has an empathetic approach. You are initiative-driven and engaged, can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks, but also enjoy working with the team to achieve set goals. The work also requires you to be able to document and take in written information and procedures in an efficient manner. You therefore need to be skilled at communicating in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Home care services mostly cover the Sälen-Transtrand area, and work within home care involves providing support and assistance to people who want to remain at home, even though they may not be able to manage all chores or self-care independently. The need for help is very individual and can range from brief visits to ensure everything is well, to providing support with all activities throughout the day - from getting up in the morning to going to bed in the evening and everything in between. Your work tasks include, among other things: • Personal care according to operational procedures based on the customer's individual needs and wishes • If needed, help with preparing, cooking and serving meals, cleaning, laundry, etc. • Perform documentation and work according to decided interventions • Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as relatives, residents, service users, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. Work is scheduled between approximately 07:00-21:15, working either day or evening shifts. QUALIFICATIONS We consider it a merit if you are a trained nursing assistant or care worker or have previous experience working in home care and elderly care. If you lack relevant education or experience, we see no obstacle to that, and we place great importance on personal suitability and will ensure you receive a good introduction so that you can handle the job. The position requires that you can independently plan your work to meet the needs of those who require our help. The role involves driving a car to those who need our assistance. You must therefore have a Class B driving license for cars. We are looking for someone with a professional approach by always having good conduct, believing in mutual respect, and being humble.
