Together with your colleagues, you take responsibility for the services to be provided during a work shift. We work based on a fixed care contact where you, working with our service users, are an important link between the different care providers and relatives. Recruiting is ongoing. Start date by agreement. Job Duties The duties consist of work assignments in the service user's home according to care decisions (SOL) and care plans (HSL). You perform planned services based on the service user's needs and individual implementation plans. - You work with relevant tasks within care and health services based on a salutogenic approach. - You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. - You participate in care planning and social documentation. - You participate in developing the business and working with our values, which are an important part of elderly care. The work involves day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. Qualifications Requirements: - Trained nursing assistant or care aide with experience working in care and health services. To work in care for the elderly and adults with disabilities, a criminal record clearance is required. Merits: - Experience in home care. - Driver's license (Category B). Desirable: - Experience working with VIVA and Intraphone as well as with the quality register BPSD. Great weight is placed on personal suitability.
