Job Responsibilities As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our clients. We work in a health-promoting manner with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone receiving our support feels secure living in their own home. Participation, development, and community are key values for us, where continuous improvements provide the foundation for creating good quality. We work with welfare technology with the aim of increasing security, participation, and independence for our clients. Job tasks include personal care, support with household chores in clients' homes, medication and wound care management, documentation, contact person responsibilities, and social and physical activities with our clients. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating good quality of life for our clients. You will currently be placed at home care services in Husum. We also collaborate with neighboring areas. We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to develop in-depth knowledge in palliative care, dementia, everyday rehabilitation approaches, and transfer techniques. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a healthcare assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We would like to see further training in elderly care and/or dementia or education focused on psychiatry. Experience working in health and social care is a merit. It is important that you enjoy and are comfortable working with people, and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and ways of working. The position requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing to communicate with clients, perform care documentation, and receive medication delegation. A valid driver's license, category B, and access to your own car are required. Before any potential employment, a certificate from the criminal record register for work with elderly and adults with disabilities must be presented to the employer.
