Job Responsibilities As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our clients. We work with a health-promoting approach with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone receiving our support feels secure living in their own home. Participation, development, and community are key words for us where continuous improvements provide the conditions for creating good quality. We work with welfare technology with the aim of increasing security, participation, and independence for our clients. Your job responsibilities include, among other things, personal care, support with household tasks in the client's home, medication management and wound care, documentation, contact person duties, and social and physical activities together with our clients. We work as a team, which means that many different professional groups have the common goal of creating a good quality of life for our clients. You will currently be placed at Anundsjö home care. We also collaborate with nearby areas. We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in palliative care, dementia, rehabilitation-oriented approaches, and moving techniques. Qualifications We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or have other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We would like to see that you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia, or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working in health and social care is meritorious. It is important that you enjoy and are comfortable working with people, and that you are flexible and open to new ideas and working methods. The position requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing in order to, among other things, communicate with clients, perform care documentation, and receive medication delegation. A valid driver's license, category B, and access to your own car are requirements. Include a CV and personal letter with your application. Before a possible employment, an extract from the police's criminal record must be presented to the employer. In the Welfare Administration, approximately 2,500 employees work. We welcome language skills in Finnish and/or one of the Sámi varieties since Örnsköldsvik municipality is part of both Finnish and Sámi administration areas. In our municipality, a number of positions are classified as security-sensitive, so security screening may be conducted. These positions may require Swedish citizenship.
