In regular housing, we work to provide the people we serve with properly executed services based on their needs, delivered with respect and good conduct, thereby creating security. Home Care Services Valla is now seeking three dedicated team members to join our great group. We operate centrally and work in the Valhalla area but also support other units in the municipality. We need to expand our work team with three permanent positions. Work Duties As a team member, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our clients. We work with a health-promoting approach with the goal of strengthening individuals' own abilities and ensuring that everyone who receives our support feels secure living in their own home. Participation, development, and community are key values for us, where continuous improvements create the conditions for good quality. We work with welfare technology to increase security, participation, and independence for our clients. Work duties include personal care, assistance with household tasks in clients' homes, medication management and wound care, documentation, care coordinator tasks, and social and physical activities with our clients. We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups have the common goal of creating good quality of life for our clients. You will currently be placed at Home Care Services Valla. We also collaborate with neighboring areas. We offer you meaningful work where you have the opportunity to deepen your knowledge in palliative care, dementia, rehabilitation-oriented approaches, and safe handling techniques. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other training or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We would like to see further training in elderly care and/or dementia or training in psychiatry. Experience working in healthcare and social services is a merit. It is important that you enjoy working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods. The job requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate with clients, perform care documentation, and receive medication delegation. A valid driver's license, Category B, and access to your own vehicle are required. Please attach your CV and a cover letter with your application.
