Would you like a meaningful and varied job with the opportunity to make a difference every day? We are now recruiting nursing assistants or care attendants for home care services in Hede. Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for the services to be provided during a work shift. We work with a fixed care contact approach where you, working with our service users, are an important link between the different care providers and family members. Start date November 1, 2026. The position is a 3-month temporary assignment at 75% full-time. Job Duties The tasks consist of work services in the service user's home according to assistance decisions (SOL) and care plans (HSL). As a nursing assistant/care and support staff member, you will perform planned interventions based on the service user's needs and individual implementation plans. You work with common care and support tasks based on a salutogenic approach. You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with the nurse, occupational therapist, and physical therapist. You participate in care planning and maintain social documentation. You participate in developing the activities and work with our core values, which are an important part of elderly care. The work includes day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. Qualifications Requirements: Trained nursing assistant or care attendant with experience in care and support work. B-category driver's license. Merits: Experience from home care services. Medication delegation. Experience with Sámi culture and South Sámi culture. Desirable: Computer skills and experience with VIVA software and the quality register BPSD. Personal Qualities You are solution-focused, have a high degree of flexibility, and are responsible.
