Vilbo is a private residential facility according to SoL in Köpingebro. We serve clients with mental health disabilities from across Sweden, with broad scope in our mission and extensive experience. We work with an individual-centered approach with strong focus on Active Leisure and a Healthy lifestyle. We have a well-organized Health and Care team consisting of specialist nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, as well as close collaboration with our care partners. We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, creative, and wants to contribute to a positive work environment. We wish that you have previous experience working in healthcare and have experience within psychiatry. Further education or previous experience within psychiatry or social pedagogy is advantageous. You should have the ability to meet people in a professional manner and be responsive to the client's needs. You should be calm, stress-resilient, and have a clear customer focus. The work requires good ability to work independently and in a structured manner, but at the same time you are part of a team and contribute to making the whole function. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. We are looking for you with nursing assistant education or other pedagogical education who has experience in care work. It is advantageous if you have previously worked in psychiatry. Good computer skills and good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, are a requirement.
