Are you a trained nursing assistant interested in combining daily work in home care with planning tasks? We are now seeking engaged planners for home care in Lund Municipality! About the role and your responsibilities You are employed as a nursing assistant and work daytime hours 06:30–15:00 with duty every other weekend. In this position, you combine care work with administrative tasks. As a planner, you are responsible for planning and scheduling approved services for our clients. You have a central role with many contact points and collaborate continuously with clients, relatives, colleagues, supervisor, and coordinator. The work is performed in the systems Lifecare and HR Portal. In the operation there is also a coordinator who works Monday to Friday, and there are two planners who work every other weekend. This is a permanent employment as a nursing assistant. The planner assignment runs for six months at a time, with good opportunities for extension. We offer full-time work equivalent to 36 hours and 20 minutes per week. Qualifications Trained nursing assistant. Experience from similar work is meritorious, for example within elderly care. Good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. Good digital skills, for example in connection with documentation. Bicycling experience is required for work in home care. It is meritorious if you have worked as a planner previously. You are responsible, engaged, flexible, and attentive—with clients, relatives, and colleagues. You understand how important it is that each individual is involved and has influence over their daily life. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. It is important that you maintain calm and focus, even in situations when a lot is happening at the same time or during rapid changes. You need to be secure in yourself and be able to set boundaries when needed. About the workplace Lund Municipality's home care is divided into several geographic areas. In each area, nursing assistants and care attendants work in teams with healthcare personnel under the leadership of a unit manager. Each area has a unit administrator and coordinator/planner.
