About Villa Kristineberg The residence opens in March 2026 and will consist of four floors with 60 apartments distributed across three floors. Each unit has a shared kitchen and pleasant communal spaces for socializing and meals. We have a partnership with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enhance the lives of our residents. You will have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operation. Becoming a team leader is also a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you will learn a lot about care, aging, and how to interact with people. You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation. Your Experience and Knowledge We would like to see that you are a trained nursing assistant with several years of experience in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also merits. Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written, are required, but otherwise your CV is not the most important thing.
