Employment Terms and Conditions Schedule: Monday–Sunday Work hours: 07:00–15:30 or 15:30–22:00 Employment type: temporary position Start date: by agreement Workplace: you are based at our office in central Täby and work within Täby municipality. Job Responsibilities – What Will You Do? With us, you work in customers' homes with varying tasks based on individual needs: Personal care – assistance with hygiene, dressing/undressing, and mobility Social support & conversation – provide security through presence and good care Daily living support – help with meals and light household tasks Supervision & safety – identify needs and contribute to safe care Documentation – document according to care plans Who Are You? We are looking for someone who is dedicated and wants to contribute to safe and professional home care: Nursing assistant education (Preferred) – you have completed education, ideally with experience Good Swedish written and spoken – you can communicate clearly and document correctly B driving license (Required) – you are a safe and experienced driver Bicycling experience – you are comfortable cycling between customers Empathetic & attentive – you treat people with respect and understanding Flexible & solution-oriented – you adapt and find solutions in daily work Digitally competent – you use mobile devices and systems in your daily work We do not accept applications via email.
