JOB RESPONSIBILITIES We are now seeking a new colleague for Malung Care Home. As a nursing assistant, you work daily with care and support tasks for the residents, as well as social interaction and activities. We are looking for you with a genuine interest in working with people and elderly persons. You see each person based on their individual needs and provide care and support based on those needs with good quality. This includes, among other things: - Personal care and support. - Utilizing the user's own resources. - Activation and social interaction with users as well as outdoor activities. - Food handling through breakfast preparation and serving of other meals. - Documentation in accordance with the Social Services Act. - Medication administration based on delegation. - Collaboration with nurses and rehabilitation staff based on residents' needs. - Cooperation with relatives through assignments as a fixed care contact. - Representative for various areas of responsibility on the unit to facilitate daily work. QUALIFICATIONS You have nursing assistant education or other equivalent education or experience. We consider it a merit if you have previous experience working in similar operations. In addition, it is important that you can handle digital medical records systems and that you need good ability to express yourself orally and in writing in Swedish. It is a merit if you have further education in areas such as dementia care, palliative care, or care of multi-morbid elderly. We are looking for you to have a professional approach characterized by good treatment and respect for the individual.
