Welcome to develop in your role as a nursing assistant! The Role of Nursing Assistant As a nursing assistant with us, you are responsible for patient care. You will work in a team together with both registered nurses and nursing assistants. Your tasks include taking blood samples, inserting catheters, wound dressing changes, monitoring vital parameters, and documentation. For us, it is important that the team's competence is used appropriately, and working according to correct skill utilization (RAK) is something we see as self-evident. This means we make use of everyone's expertise and ensure that you work with what you have the knowledge and competence to perform. We offer an hourly position with a start date by agreement, but we would very much like you to have the opportunity to start working with us as soon as possible. That you are engaged and enjoy meeting with patients is self-evident to us, and we would very much like you to have good knowledge of the journal system Cosmic. We are looking for you who can work independently, are organized, and can plan your daily work. Communicating and collaborating is self-evident for you.
