About Villa Kristineberg The facility opened in March 2026 and consists of four floors with 60 apartments distributed across three floors. Each unit has a shared kitchen and comfortable common areas for socializing and meals. We collaborate with the company Ung Omsorg. This means a team of young people aged 14–18 years visit us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to enrich the lives of our residents. You will have a team leader who spends most of their time working close to you in the operation. Becoming a team leader is also a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant. We incorporate animals in our care and have regular visits from therapy dogs. As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important! Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and their habits. You see each person and interpret what they need. You are closest to the residents and thus have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.
