At Vårdcentralen Centrumkliniken, we are approximately 50 employees working to care for about 10,100 registered patients. Here you'll find specialists in general medicine, senior doctors in training, junior doctors, associate doctors, nurses, district nurses, nursing assistants, receptionists, and medical secretaries. We also have an associated child health center (BVC) at a Family Center and a rehabilitation unit with physiotherapists. The health center also has a well-functioning psychosocial team consisting of two social workers and a rehabilitation coordinator. The team works closely together and in collaboration with others at the health center. We work based on a continuity and team-based model where different professions collaborate and together create the best for our patients. The health center is divided into four teams, and twice a week the different teams gather to discuss current patient matters that could benefit from team collaboration. These team rounds provide added value not only for our patients but also for our staff. Team collaboration brings job satisfaction, knowledge development, and an opportunity to share the care burden that complex cases can bring. With a focus on digital development, we offer our patients the opportunity to seek care digitally. The nurse handling the matter can choose to chat, call, or have video contact with the patient. This tool becomes a complement to our telephone services. 1 position(s). WORK TASKS We now have the opportunity to welcome a nursing assistant to Vårdcentralen Centrumkliniken! As a nursing assistant, your work tasks are varied and include blood sample collection, EKG, blood pressure checks, assisting with operations, gynecological examinations and rectoscopy, ordering and unpacking supplies and laundry. For us, it is important that our employees have broad competence and can handle multiple different tasks and areas of responsibility. That's why we invest in individual competence development so that together we create strong teams. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant and meet the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare's requirements for a protected professional title regardless of whether you studied according to the previous or current program structure. Good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, are a requirement. It is an advantage if you have previous experience working in a health center. As a person, you are responsible, flexible, and confident in your professional role. You have good communication skills and always work with the patient's needs in focus.
