About Christiansro
Christiansro is located in central Kristianstad and has 44 apartments, of which 9 are for people with cognitive impairment.
Activities Coordinator: We work strategically with activities and have an activities coordinator who develops and conducts meaningful activities with our residents.
Animals in Care: We work with animals in care and regularly receive visits from therapy animals.
As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!
Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see each person and understand what they need. At the same time, you will learn a lot about patient care, aging, and how to interact with people.

You are closest to the resident and therefore have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

Your experience and knowledge
We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant with a few years of experience in elderly care. Good computer skills and documentation experience are also advantageous. Fluent Swedish, both spoken and written, is required. Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we will support you and give you the opportunity to grow.
