We are now seeking a committed and confident nursing assistant for Rönnäng Care and Residential Home in central Kinna – the municipality's largest elderly care facility. Rönnäng is a large and diverse operation divided into 7 departments with expertise in both general care and dementia care. As a nursing assistant with us, you will: • Provide care and support work based on the resident's individual needs, circumstances, and wishes. • Motivate and stimulate residents to maintain their abilities, promote independence, and create participation in daily life. • Be the primary care contact and, together with the resident, plan, document, and follow up on care work. • Collaborate with family members, colleagues, and other professionals regarding the resident's needs. • Perform delegated healthcare services. • Contribute to creating a safe, meaningful, and fulfilling everyday life for our residents. • Participate in developing and following the operation's routines and work methods. Working hours include day shifts, evening shifts, and weekend service. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is trained as a nursing assistant and has previous experience in care and support work within elderly care. We do not require a driver's license, but since we collaborate with nearby operations based on flexible placement, it would be preferable. We believe that you: • Have a positive outlook and are both confident and professional in your professional role. • Have a genuine interest and commitment to working with elderly people. • Treat residents, family members, and colleagues with respect, attentiveness, and consideration. • Are calm and clear in your communication. • Have the ability to motivate and support residents based on their individual needs and circumstances. • Are flexible and can adapt your work approach when circumstances and needs change. • Can work independently, make your own decisions, and plan and prioritize your tasks. • Have the ability to see the bigger picture and contribute to meeting the operation's collective needs. • Are responsible and recognize your own areas for development. • Have good computer skills as documentation is an important part of our work. • Can communicate and express yourself well both verbally and in writing in Swedish.
