As a Nursing Assistant at Vallagården's care and residential facility, you will have a central role in ensuring a safe and meaningful existence. Your work will include a range of responsibilities, such as: Provide support and assistance with daily activities, including personal care and hygiene Work together with other care staff to create a safe and stimulating environment Participate in rehabilitation measures and activities that promote physical and mental well-being Document and follow up individual care plans and guidelines Contribute to developing and improving the operation by sharing your ideas and insights You will work on a schedule that includes day/evening and every other weekend or night and every other weekend Here's what we're looking for in you: Trained nursing assistant with certificate for protected professional title from Socialstyrelsen Meritorious if you have completed basic training in Silvia's care philosophy You are confident in your professional role and we see that you have previous experience working in care and support. Communication and documentation are an important part of the work, so you need to have a good command of Swedish, both spoken and written. We apply language tests in the recruitment process. A criminal record extract will be presented before employment can take place.
