Here we are close to green areas, walking paths, and an environment that creates calm and well-being for both residents and staff. The facility has 129 apartments distributed across 12 units, ten dementia units and two elderly care homes. The position is based at the elderly care home, but work at the dementia unit may occur.

WORK TASKS
In this role, you will work daytime, evenings, and weekends on a rotating schedule. You will work with standard care tasks, healthcare, laundry care, facility maintenance, and work with assessments according to BPSD. Documentation is also part of the role and you will collaborate extensively with your colleagues. Of course, we organize activities for the residents that contribute to well-being here at Tunagården. We have ombudsman roles to distribute responsibilities such as change management, quality, and diet.
The position includes promoting teamwork and camaraderie in our work group! Even though some of us work nights and others work days, evenings, and weekends, everyone's sense of community is crucial for the quality of our work. Together we help create a meaningful everyday life for our residents, day and night.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you who are a trained nursing assistant. It is an advantage if you have experience working in elderly care. You have experience with BPSD and are experienced in dispensing medications. You are also familiar with documentation.
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in providing person-centered care. You have good interpersonal skills with our users and are solution-oriented when needed.

Information about protected professional title: To be offered a permanent position, you need to show us proof of a protected professional title from the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen).
