JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Working as a nursing assistant at Tullbackagården means you work with care and support based on residents' wishes, in accordance with support decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. With us, nursing assistants, nurses, occupational therapists, and managers work together in a close and unpretentious collaboration. We believe that different competencies complement each other and create the best conditions for our residents.
We place great emphasis on creating a meaningful and active daily life. At Tullbackagården, activities are a natural part of care, and we offer, among other things, our popular in-house choir, social activities, and shared moments that contribute to joy, community, and improved quality of life.
You are responsible for nursing interventions for residents based on decisions, implementation plans, and care plans. You also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel in the form of medication administration and training. You are responsible for working in accordance with applicable legislation, routines, and policies. You document in our journal system.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for you if you are a trained nursing assistant. We would appreciate it if you have experience in elderly care.
To thrive in the role of nursing assistant at Tullbackagården, it is important that you enjoy collaborating with others but also have the ability to work independently and take responsibility for your tasks. You need to be good at adapting to different situations and people, and have a solution-focused approach to change. We would appreciate it if you are creative and take lots of own initiative!
You must master the Swedish language in a way that allows you to communicate with the individuals we serve, their families, colleagues, and perform written documentation.
