About the operation:
To increase safety for our elderly and people needing support and assistance living in Vallentuna Municipality, we have established a dedicated team focused on safety alarms and other welfare technology at Vallentuna Municipality Home Care. Safety alarms are part of our home care services. Between 07:00 and 22:00, the team is responsible for safety alarms from the Municipality's own home care customers. We work in pairs of two healthcare assistants, and sometimes we need help from home care staff to ensure that customers who call for help receive assistance as quickly as possible.

Duties:
The team consists of six healthcare assistants whose primary task is to answer and respond to incoming safety alarms. For evening staff on the team, other duties may include installing and removing safety alarms, safety locks, and surveillance cameras. The team also provides support to home care staff by assisting when unexpected situations arise in home care, such as a customer's decline in general condition, vehicle problems, need to contact the Social Emergency Line, ambulance, and similar situations. Working hours are scheduled for evening shifts between 13:00-22:00 with duty every other weekend.
Qualifications:
Driver's license
Very good Swedish in speech and writing
Protected professional title as healthcare assistant with at least 2 years of experience
Meritorious:

Experience and training in welfare technology
