DUTIES Team East is a home care group operating from its local Rosa Villan office on Garvaregatan and working across a geographical area around Norrtorn, Kolberga, Mockebo and toward Saltvik. As a nursing assistant in Team East, you will have an important role where you contribute to creating security, independence and quality of life for our clients in their own homes. You work under the direction of the unit manager and are responsible for carrying out individually approved care and service tasks according to the Social Services Act (SoL), as well as health and medical care services according to the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). In your daily work, you meet people with different needs and life situations, where your commitment, your competence and your approach make a real difference. Together with your colleagues in Team East, you work closely with clients in their home environment and contribute to creating safe, dignified and individually adapted care based on the assistance officer's decided interventions. You have a good ability to see the big picture and each individual's circumstances and needs. You are responsive, have good collaboration skills and thrive in an activity with high pace and job satisfaction. You are responsible together with other staff for ensuring that clients receive good care, health services and support. You participate in activation and rehabilitation based on the individual's circumstances. You perform medical tasks on delegation from licensed personnel. You participate in activity development, quality assurance and competence development. The values in the Social Services Act are an important tool in our work group. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has other education that the employer considers equivalent, preferably with experience from similar tasks. As a person, you are open, confident and have a professional demeanor. You have analytical ability and are positive with good collaboration skills. Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing and have good computer skills.
