JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Team Öster is a home care group operating from its local office Rosa Villan on Garvaregatan and works across a geographic area around Norrtorn, Kolberga, Mockebo and towards Saltvik. As a nursing assistant in Team Öster, you will have an important role where you contribute to creating security, independence and quality of life for our clients in their own homes. You work on behalf of the unit manager and are responsible for providing individually approved care and service interventions according to the Social Services Act (SoL), as well as health and medical care interventions according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL). In your daily work, you meet people with different needs and life situations, where your commitment, your competence and your approach make a real difference. Together with your colleagues in Team Öster, you work closely with the client in their home environment and contribute to creating safe, dignified and individualized care based on the assistance officer's decided interventions. You have a good ability to see the whole picture and each individual's conditions and needs. You are responsive, have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in an environment with high pace and work joy. You are responsible together with other staff for ensuring that clients receive good care, healthcare and service. You participate in activation and rehabilitation based on the individual's conditions. You perform medical tasks on delegation from licensed personnel. You participate in activity development, quality assurance and skills development. The values in the Social Services Act are an important tool in our work group. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for you who are trained as a nursing assistant or have other education that the employer finds equivalent, preferably with experience from similar tasks. As a person, you are open, confident and have a professional appearance. You have analytical skills and are positive with good collaboration abilities. Documentation is an important part of our work, so you need to master the Swedish language well in speech and writing as well as have good computer skills.
