Syrengården is located centrally in Ljungbyhed and is a dementia care residence. The residence is on one level and is connected to Ljungbygården. We offer 18 apartments of approximately 35 square meters each. We have two common areas where residents have the opportunity for daily socializing with other residents and staff. Work at the residence should be based on preserving the healthy aspects of each individual. Your assignment with the individual in focus As a nursing assistant in Klippan Municipality, you work based on the Social Services Act (SoL) and the Health and Medical Services Act (HSL). You are an important part of the individual's daily life and contribute to creating conditions for an independent and meaningful life. Your work tasks include: Implement granted and prescribed interventions with a health-promoting and preventive approach. Establish, follow up, and keep implementation plans current. Be the primary care contact and document according to applicable legislation and the operation's guidelines. Collaborate closely with assistance coordinators, nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists to ensure safe and quality care. Participate actively in team meetings and contribute to a good work climate and close collaboration. QUALIFICATIONS Your work approach and your expertise We are looking for someone with a genuine commitment to people and who wants to contribute to creating a safe, dignified, and meaningful everyday life for our residents. You have good knowledge of personal care, health and medical care services, everyday rehabilitation, and care hygiene. You also have the ability to work in a supportive and motivating manner through conversation, activation, and a person-centered approach. For this position, you must: Be a trained nursing assistant (1,500 points according to the Swedish National Agency for Education's vocational package or equivalent education). Have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good reading comprehension. Be accustomed to working with digital documentation and using technical aids in daily work. Have the knowledge required to receive delegation of medication management, insulin administration, subcutaneous injections, and tube feeding. We place great emphasis on your personal qualities. You have a professional demeanor, show consideration and respect in your interactions with others, and have the ability to build trusting relationships. You work in a structured and independent manner, but also enjoy collaborating and contributing to common goals. For permanent employment, you must have a protected professional title as a nursing assistant issued by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare. Employment form: Permanent employment.
