Description 🌟 Welcome to Solhaga in Kode - where care meets heart!🌟 We are now seeking dedicated nursing assistants for our care and housing facility Solhaga on a longer temporary assignment lasting one year. Solhaga is a warm and welcoming care and housing facility located in the scenic area of Kode, just about 10 minutes from central Kungälv 🚗🌳. Here we offer secure care in approximately 70 modern apartments, distributed across units specializing in both dementia and somatic care. Right now we have exciting opportunities for you as a nursing assistant who wants to make a difference – every day. Job Responsibilities Working at Solhaga means you are an important part of our residents' lives. The focus is on good treatment and ensuring that services are of high quality. 🌟 You will: Be a fixed care contact person. Strengthen residents' abilities and resources. Assist with personal care, cleaning, and laundry. Support residents during meals and social activities. Document services and follow up on needs. Perform health and medical care services delegated by a nurse. Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals on the team. 📅 Working hours: Day shifts, evening shifts, and every other weekend. You will become a key person in the network around residents – someone who motivates, listens, and creates security. The work is varied, meaningful, and gives you the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally. Qualifications Are you the person we're looking for? We are seeking you as a trained nursing assistant with a protected professional title who wants to work in a care and housing facility. You have a genuine interest in people and are driven by making a difference 💫. You should be interested in working with development and change, have good collaborative skills, initiative, and be able to work independently. It is important that you are interested in people, have great commitment, see possibilities, have a sense of responsibility, and prioritize residents' individual needs. Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, and good computer skills are required. Merits: It is meriting if you have further education in dementia care or previous experience working with dementia care. A B-driver's license is meriting but not required; however, you should be able to get to and from work on evenings and weekends when public transportation is less frequent.
