Welcome to Bengtsfors Municipality! Are you our next nursing assistant? Bengtsfors Municipality is looking for you to work as a nursing assistant at Solbacken, our special residential care facility. Solbacken is a dementia care home that is Star-Marked according to the Swedish Dementia Center's educational model. Here, we prioritize our residents' needs and offer a safe and respectful care environment around the clock. We are looking for an engaged and professional colleague who wants to make a difference in our elderly residents' daily lives. Job Responsibilities • Provide personal care such as assistance with hygiene, mobility, and meals • Offer social interaction and individual activities • Participate in planning and implementing care interventions • Collaborate with nurses and other professionals • Document and follow up on care and support services in the Lifecare data system in accordance with applicable procedures and regulations • After completing training and passing the exam, you are expected to perform delegated health and medical care tasks • Contribute to a positive and developmental work environment Qualifications • Have relevant nursing assistant training or ongoing nursing assistant education, and preferably experience from similar work • Have experience with and interest in working with people with dementia • Are flexible, responsible, and have a genuine interest in helping others • Can work both independently and as part of a team • Have good communication skills and a respectful manner • Are accustomed to documenting and working with digital tools Terms of Employment • Permanent employment according to general terms and conditions • Work days and evenings as well as 2/4 weekends • Individual salary negotiation Apply now and become part of our team!
