The duties include, among other things: • Provide individually adapted support and care based on the person's needs and disabilities. • Support the person's independence, self-determination, and personal integrity in daily activities. • Use adapted communication methods to facilitate understanding and participation. • Support the person's participation in leisure, cultural, and community activities. • Document according to applicable guidelines and follow and contribute to updating care plans. • Where applicable, perform delegated medical tasks according to instructions from a nurse and report changes in the person's condition. • Work day, evening, night, and weekends, including on-call nights.
