DUTIES Work as a nursing assistant consists of approved care and service measures according to the Social Services Act (SoL) as well as health and medical care measures according to the Health and Medical Care Act (HSL). You are responsible together with other staff for care, support and service to the persons staying at Sjösidan. Work at Sjösidan is varied and changes can occur quickly, both in decisions and with admissions and discharges. Residents' needs can vary greatly from one day to the next. It is therefore important that you enjoy variety in your work and can adapt to the facility's needs. You participate in daily activation and rehabilitation based on each individual's circumstances and work according to the existing implementation plans. Our starting point is always the individual and their wellbeing. You perform medical tasks on delegation from authorized personnel. You participate in activity development, quality assurance and competence development. Collaboration with Pilen and Elefanten is part of the role. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant or has other education that the employer deems equivalent. It is meritorious if you have experience working with short-term residential care. Furthermore, it is desirable if you have knowledge of dementia diseases.
